Environmental History of the Northeast
The aim of this new series is to explore, from different critical perspectives, the environmental history of the Northeast, including New England, eastern Canada, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The series will focus on the social and cultural history of the region as shaped by human interaction with nature as well as a complex natural history of geological upheaval, climate change, erosion, and renewal.
